Builder Offer Review
Review My Builder Offer
Step 1: Tell us the basics
Your name and email, the builder and community, and where you are in the process. That is all we need to start.
Step 2: Add what you were offered
Type the key figures, or bring them over from the offer comparison tool. You can send documents later, once we are in touch.
Step 3: We review it with you
A licensed member of our team adds up the full price, weighs the incentives against each other and lists what to ask before you sign.
What you get
What we review
- The full contract price: base, lot premium, options and upgrades.
- What each incentive is worth, what it requires, and whether you can actually use it.
- A side-by-side view of price, credit and buydown alternatives on cash to close and monthly cost.
- Deposit, selection-deadline and completion-date terms worth asking about.
- Context from recent sales and resale homes nearby.
- Questions to raise with the builder, and with your attorney and lender.
Your privacy
- What we collect
- Your name, email, optional phone and contact preference, the builder and community, your stage, and anything you type in the message.
- Where it goes
- To the iNIAZ team through our customer-management system, to answer this request. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with the builder without asking you first.
- What not to send
- No Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, pay stubs, tax returns or loan applications. We never need them for an offer review.
- Documents
- This site does not accept file uploads. If a price sheet or contract would help, we will arrange a way to share it once we are in touch, and you decide what to send.

Common questions
Does a review cost anything?
No. The review is free and without obligation. If you later choose iNIAZ as your buyer representative, we explain how compensation works in a written buyer agreement before we start.
I already registered with the builder. Can you still help?
Tell us in the form. Builder registration rules decide whether we can represent you in that purchase, but we can always explain an offer and the questions to ask.
Can you guarantee a better price or more incentives?
No. Builders decide their own pricing and incentives, and some do not negotiate. We help you understand the offer and ask for what may be available.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a business review of the offer. For contract interpretation we recommend a real estate attorney.
iNIAZ is not affiliated with any builder. A business review, not legal, tax or lending advice. No discount or concession is promised.
