How we publish market figures
Authorized sources only
Figures come from a source we are permitted to republish, such as a licensed MLS market report. We never estimate or invent them.
Dated and located
Every figure states the period it covers, the geography it describes and the property types included.
Removed when stale
Reports disappear automatically about four months after the period they describe, so old numbers are never shown as current.
